Talent & People Operations Specialist (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

Stayd is looking for a Talent & People Operations Specialist to join its remote team in Argentina. Reporting to the HR Director, you will own end‑to‑end recruiting while supporting day‑to‑day people operations, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and employees alike.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple roles and markets.
• Deliver a fast, high‑quality candidate experience with rapid response times.
• Write and update job descriptions and postings.
• Run onboarding processes to get new hires productive from day one.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate HR admin tasks from offer letters through off‑boarding.
• Support payroll and keep contractor compensation details up to date.
• Keep the ATS clean and current, logging every interaction.
• Assist with people‑operations initiatives such as engagement, performance feedback and policy development.
• Automate repetitive recruiting tasks using AI and other tools.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects for the HR Director as priorities shift.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR function.
• Proven ability to run full‑cycle recruiting and close candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
