Benefits Administration Analyst – Employee Experience

About the role

The Benefits Administration Analyst supports a compliant, accurate, and well‑managed employee experience. Working within the Human Resources team, you will administer benefit programs, partner with vendors, and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollment in medical, life insurance, and other applicable plans.
• Apply local regulations to ensure compliant execution of benefits processes.
• Maintain and digitize employee benefits records, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor vendor performance, review deliverables, and track accountability.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate issue resolution, escalations, and follow‑ups.
• Advise employees on benefit options and address benefits‑related inquiries.
• Produce accurate benefits data for payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Support benefit studies, audits, and required government filings by gathering and validating data.

Required profile

• Experience in benefits administration, HR operations, payroll support, or a related role.
• Knowledge of applying local regulatory requirements to HR processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
