Talent & People Operations Specialist (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

Stayd is looking for a Talent & People Operations Specialist to join its fast‑growing team remotely from Argentina. You will act as the right hand to the HR Director, owning end‑to‑end recruiting while keeping people operations smooth and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.
• Build and maintain pipelines for multiple roles across different markets.
• Ensure rapid candidate response and a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Write and keep job descriptions and postings up to date.
• Run onboarding processes so new hires are productive from day one.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate HR admin tasks from offers through off‑boarding.
• Support people‑operations initiatives such as engagement, performance feedback and policy development.
• Provide first‑point‑of‑contact support for employee questions.
• Assist with light payroll tasks and keep contractor details accurate.
• Keep the ATS clean and up‑to‑date.
• Drive ad‑hoc HR projects and automate repetitive processes using AI tools.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR function.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruiting and close candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
