Talent Discovery Recruiter

About the role

The Talent Discovery Recruiter (TDR) supports EY's Talent Attraction & Acquisition team by sourcing high‑quality candidates for contractor and full‑time positions. Working remotely, the TDR collaborates with senior recruiters to build pipelines, provide market intelligence, and meet defined service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage job boards, social media and AI tools to identify and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Manage internal referrals and rehire eligibility, forwarding suitable profiles to Talent Attraction leads.
• Post and maintain external job listings, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Deliver sourced candidate profiles within 24‑48 hours SLA and maintain professional communication throughout the process.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting or related experience with an understanding of IT and technology roles.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently and remotely without day‑to‑day oversight.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage sensitive relationships across time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Ability to leverage AI‑driven sourcing and screening platforms.
