Advisor People Case Management

About the role

Help foster a respectful, inclusive, and compliant workplace by conducting workplace investigations and supporting employee relations processes across Newmont Argentina. In this role, you will independently gather facts, analyze information, and partner with key stakeholders to address workplace concerns fairly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workplace investigations related to harassment, discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment, retaliation and other misconduct.
• Gather and assess information through interviews, documentation reviews, and fact‑finding activities.
• Partner with employees, leaders, HR, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders throughout the investigation process.
• Prepare clear investigation reports, findings and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records and support implementation of employee‑relations and compliance programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business, Law, Psychology or a related field.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations, employee‑relations or compliance reviews.
• Experience with investigation methods, interviewing techniques and case documentation practices.
• Strong critical thinking, objective analysis and ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using case management or compliance systems.
