Recruiter Analyst

About the role

HowardHoward Financial is seeking a proactive Recruiter Analyst to support hiring for accounting and finance positions across its diverse client base. This remote, contractor role offers the chance to work closely with US‑based teams while gaining exposure to the full People function.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches and creative outreach methods.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain a clean, reliable ATS.
• Write and publish job postings and outreach messages.
• Track pipeline metrics, build reports and suggest process improvements.
• Support People Ops with work letters, internal communications and employee queries.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or a related People role.
• Excellent written and spoken English for daily interaction with US teams and clients.
• High energy, proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
