Talent Discovery Recruiter

About the role

The Talent Discovery Recruiter (TDR) works within EY's Talent Attraction & Acquisition team to source high‑quality candidates for contract, contingency, early‑career and executive positions. You will collaborate with senior recruiters, use AI‑driven tools, and ensure rapid delivery of candidate profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage job boards, social media and AI tools to build shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Manage internal referrals and re‑hire eligibility, forwarding suitable profiles to Talent Attraction leads.
• Post and maintain external job ads, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, competitor activity and industry standards.
• Deliver sourced candidate profiles within 24‑48 hours SLA and maintain professional communication throughout the process.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting or related experience, preferably in IT/technology roles.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently and remotely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage sensitive relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Ability to use social media and networking platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI‑driven recruitment technologies.
