German Immigration Analyst

About the role

Join the German Immigration team to support expatriates from various clients with German immigration procedures. You will receive EY training in German technical areas before starting the role.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare applications for permits, renewals, extensions and communicate with authorities.
• Draft engagement letters, assignment forms, remuneration documents and powers of attorney.
• Track immigration procedures using EY tools and participate in weekly calls with seniors and managers.
• Keep senior team members informed of progress and attend technical trainings.

Required profile

• Advanced students or graduates in International Relations, Tourism, Hospitality, Economics or Translation.
• C1 level German (written and verbal) and fluency in English.
• Analytical mindset, team player and ability to work with remote teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with immigration procedures (preferred).
