Talent Attraction Recruiter – Supervising Associate

About the role

The Talent Attraction Recruiter, Supervising Associate, will lead recruiting efforts for a specific service line or region at EY, partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to attract top contractor and experienced hire talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract contractors and experienced hires.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using inclusive and creative sourcing techniques.
• Provide a high‑quality candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Integrate EY’s brand into recruitment activities and leverage social media for promotion.
• Utilize AI tools and analytics to enhance sourcing, screening, and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in professional/financial services.
• Proven ability to attract and engage contractor and experienced hire talent.
• Experience working with North American talent markets in a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a consultative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and AI‑driven recruitment platforms.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
