Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcing & Headhunting)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will source and engage high‑ticket sales professionals for Nomadic Closer’s fully remote sales teams. This full‑time remote position focuses on building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract high‑ticket closers and sales talent via online platforms, talent databases, social media, and networking communities.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuously improve sourcing processes.

Required profile

• Experience in full‑life cycle recruiting, especially for remote, commission‑based, or sales roles.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with online recruiting tools.
