Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Catalyst Capital Holdings is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting across its five portfolio entities. You will operate in a fast‑moving, multi‑business environment, ensuring a consistent, scorecard‑first hiring process that attracts top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple concurrent requisitions across diverse functions and businesses.
• Conduct intake meetings, craft job descriptions and scorecards in Workable.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Workable, Web3‑specific job boards, and proactive headhunting.
• Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for high‑volume roles such as setters, closers, mentors, and virtual assistants.
• Screen applications for CV fraud and AI‑generated patterns.
• Coordinate interview logistics, manage structured interview processes, and extend offers.
• Partner with hiring managers across entities to enforce a unified, high‑quality hiring framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting across multiple companies or business units.
• Ability to juggle several searches simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a bias for speed and rigor.
• Comfort working autonomously in a lean, fast‑growing environment.
