Talent Acquisition Partner – Active Sourcing (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Uproot Clean is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner focused exclusively on active sourcing. This fully remote position serves the LATAM region and is responsible for building high‑quality candidate pipelines across multiple functions and seniority levels.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using job boards, sourcing platforms, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Identify and engage passive talent, building pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with recruiting and hiring managers to align on hiring priorities.
• Craft outbound messaging that drives candidate engagement and move qualified candidates into the recruiting workflow.
• Maintain organized sourcing workflows, track candidates, and continuously improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of full‑time active sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing across multiple job boards and platforms.
• Strong outbound recruiting and candidate outreach abilities.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage several open searches simultaneously.
• Experience in high‑growth, e‑commerce or performance‑driven environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
