Marketing Recruiter & Business Support

About the role

TopFoxx is looking for a Marketing Recruiter & Business Support professional to build a world‑class marketing team. This remote, full‑time position blends talent acquisition with occasional marketing and project support, allowing you to make a direct impact on the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruiting process for marketing, creative, e‑commerce and growth roles.
• Partner with leadership to define role requirements, create detailed interview guides and evaluate candidates.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to fill positions quickly without sacrificing quality.
• When recruiting volume is low, support marketing projects, HR initiatives, documentation, and cross‑functional business needs.

Required profile

• Passion for recruiting and ability to identify high‑performing marketers.
• Strong communication skills in English and comfortable working remotely.
• Adaptable, curious and willing to jump into new challenges that add value.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and common tools (e.g., Meta Ads, SEO, content creation).
