About the role

The HR Specialist will support continuous improvement of the HR function in Argentina by developing and implementing HR programs. The role provides HR support to employees and management across assigned areas.

Key responsibilities

Administer benefits, coordinate with Compensation & Benefits and vendors, and implement new benefit activities.
Handle employee relations tasks, conduct ad‑hoc reviews, and provide guidance on employment legislation and HR policies.
Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
Collaborate with senior HR partners on local and global HR initiatives and projects.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or Business Administration.
2.5–3 years of experience as an HR generalist or specialist.
Strong knowledge of Argentine employment legislation.
Advanced written and oral English.

Required skills

Workday (HRSS application) proficiency.
Microsoft Office suite.
