In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce the solution to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network and help them understand its value.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to HR and recruiting contacts within your professional network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather feedback from new users to inform product improvements.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting experience.
• Active network of HR and talent acquisition contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills.
• Interest in flexible, high‑reward, commission‑based work.
