This is a flexible, commission‑only position where you introduce the solution to HR and recruiting professionals in your network and earn rewards for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to HR, recruiting, and hiring decision‑makers within your professional network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows and address prospective users' questions.
• Collect and share feedback to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each qualified client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting experience with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule.
