Tactical Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Tactical Marketing Coordinator will execute the annual tactical marketing and commercial plan for a leading agro‑industrial brand. The role focuses on boosting brand visibility, supporting dealers with training and field activities, and coordinating events and exhibitions across Argentina and neighboring countries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual tactical plan to showcase products to customers and dealers.
• Manage value‑added training programs for the product portfolio and organize in‑field demonstrations.
• Plan and oversee participation in national and regional exhibitions, ensuring smooth communication with Marketing Communications and Product Marketing.
• Train dealership sales teams and develop dealer‑specific tactical plans to meet commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Agronomy, Business, Marketing or related field; MBA desirable.
• 4+ years of experience in agro‑industrial or agribusiness environments.
• Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing and meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of sales funnel management tools.
