Support Operator LATAM (m/f/x)

About the role

Join GRID's Support Organization to assist customers before, during, and after esports tournaments. You will work with tournament organizers, game publishers, and high‑profile esports, media, and betting clients to ensure smooth tournament operations and accurate data delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with esports tournament organizers to configure content for GRID data collection and distribution.
• Monitor live esports data feeds, identify discrepancies or delays, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Communicate with clients via email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, and Teams to resolve operational or data‑related questions.
• Log and track data quality and process issues, contributing to the knowledge base.
• Provide feedback to improve GRID’s product suite based on identified defects.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑first mindset with excellent written and spoken English.
• Interest in competitive video games such as CS2, Valorant, Dota 2, PUBG, and others.
• Understanding of esports tournament structures, formats, and rules.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing support role.
• Availability to work shifts and weekends as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with collaborative tools: Slack, GSuite, Discord, Teams.
• Basic computer‑science knowledge (a plus).
