Support Operator LATAM

About the role

Join GRID's Support Organization as a Support Operator for the LATAM region. You will work with esports tournament organizers, game publishers, and high‑profile customers to ensure smooth tournament operations and accurate data delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with esports tournament organizers to configure content for GRID data collection and distribution.
• Monitor live esports data feeds, identify discrepancies or delays, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Communicate with clients via email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, and Teams to resolve operational or data‑related questions.
• Log and track data quality and process issues, contributing to the knowledge base.
• Provide feedback to improve GRID’s product suite based on customer input.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑first mindset.
• Interest in competitive video games such as CS2, Valorant, Dota 2, PUBG, and others.
• Understanding of esports tournament structures, formats, and rules.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing support role.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with collaborative tools: Slack, GSuite, Discord, Teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic computer‑science knowledge (optional but beneficial).
