Supervising Associate – Secure Access Operations (1Badge Services)

About the role

EY is seeking a Supervising Associate to support and enhance its 1Badge services across the Americas. The role combines technical administration, operational support, stakeholder engagement, incident management, training, and continuous improvement for physical access and credential management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact for 1Badge (Physical Access) services across the Americas.
• Provide technical administration for CCURE 9000 and HID credential technologies, including mobile access.
• Support Victor Video Management System (VMS) administration and operations.
• Troubleshoot credentialing, access control, reader, camera, and related technology issues.
• Coordinate with field technicians, vendors, and office contacts to resolve hardware and infrastructure problems.
• Manage incidents using ServiceNow and support onboarding for new office locations and renovations.
• Develop and deliver operational procedures, user guides, training materials, and communications.
• Monitor trends, identify improvement opportunities, and support compliance, audit, and security requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years experience supporting enterprise physical access control systems and credential management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across software, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely in a globally distributed environment and support multiple U.S. time zones.
• Customer‑service orientation with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
