Strategy Manager - Near-Shore Delivery Team

About the role

EY-Parthenon is establishing a Strategy Realized Global Delivery Team in Argentina to provide near-shore support to its US teams. The role suits a strong people manager and problem solver who leads case work with the global team while managing project timelines, work products and workload. It combines consulting discipline, analytical rigor, business judgment and an AI-first mindset in a fast-paced, client-service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day project lead and main contact for assigned workstreams, coordinating across Argentina, the US and global delivery teams
• Turn engagement objectives into workplans, milestones, team responsibilities and review cadences, managing timelines, dependencies and escalations
• Lead or support juniors in framing strategic questions, building issue trees and hypotheses
• Guide quantitative and qualitative analyses, from data selection and model logic to interpretation and limitations
• Drive findings to practical client recommendations, stress-test options and identify risks and trade-offs
• Own the quality of client-ready deliverables such as Excel models, PowerPoint slides, dashboards and executive summaries
• Review work for analytical logic, accuracy, synthesis and slide polish before sharing with US teams or senior leadership
• Coach Senior Associates, Consultants and juniors, and contribute to team-building, playbooks, reusable assets and AI-enabled delivery approaches

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant master's preferred
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, corporate development, business development, transformation or an adjacent strategic project environment
• Demonstrated experience leading workstreams or small project teams through to final deliverables
• Experience managing junior team members, assigning work and giving feedback
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to summarise complex topics for senior stakeholders
• Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis, including large or imperfect data sets
• Ability to work across time zones in a near-shore delivery model

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Preferred: Power BI, SQL, Python, R or advanced Excel
• Preferred: experience with market assessments, market sizing, diligence, transformation roadmaps and risk/opportunity identification
• Preferred: aptitude for learning and adopting AI tools
