Strategic Sourcing Lead – Fulfillment

About the role

As a Strategic Sourcing Lead you will head a new global sourcing hub that finds specialised contributors for complex AI projects, covering domains such as translation, legal, medical, scientific and technical fields. The role is hands‑on and strategic, shaping hub operations, building the team and partnering with Recruitment and Delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for specialised, hard‑to‑reach and high‑volume talent needs.
• Partner with Recruitment and Delivery to assess requirements, feasibility and project timelines.
• Build relationships with production stakeholders, communicating risks, timelines and expectations.
• Use sourcing and conversion data to identify bottlenecks, test approaches and improve funnel performance.
• Embed AI and automation into sourcing workflows to boost research, outreach, analysis and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition or a related field.
• Experience leading or mentoring sourcing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide sourcing decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
