Specialized Talent Sourcer

About the role

Cielo is seeking a Specialized Talent Sourcer to identify and attract top-tier candidates for niche positions, primarily supporting the US market. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in Argentina while collaborating with a global talent acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Craft and post compelling job adverts on specialized boards to generate interest from target talent pools.
• Screen and process applications promptly across all platforms.
• Leverage online platforms, social media, networking, and creative outreach (email, mobile campaigns, cold calling) to engage qualified candidates.
• Build and nurture talent communities for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady pipeline of niche expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience, preferably supporting the US market.
• Experience sourcing for pharmaceutical sales, R&D, or life‑science roles is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is an advantage.

• Proficiency with online sourcing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to create attractive job adverts and recruitment marketing content.
• Strong communication skills for candidate outreach and relationship building.
