Sourcing Expert – Remote AI Talent Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, fully remote Sourcing Expert to identify highly specialised professionals for AI training and evaluation projects. You will focus on research, searching and outreach to build strong candidate pipelines across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Source specialised professionals across finance, accounting, software engineering, insurance, consulting and other fields.
• Translate project requirements into practical sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Boolean search and Google X‑Ray.
• Build and maintain high‑quality candidate lists, conduct manual profile reviews and conduct personalised outreach via LinkedIn and email.
• Track search performance, refine approaches and collaborate with project teams to ensure pipeline quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, executive search, talent research or lead generation.
• Strong ability to find difficult profiles beyond obvious keywords and job titles.
• Excellent written English and persuasive outreach communication.
• Resourceful, persistent and able to work independently on multiple domains.
