Software Engineering AI Trainer (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

Anyone AI is looking for experienced software engineers in Argentina to work as AI trainers on a part‑time, project‑based basis. You will design realistic coding tasks, create reference implementations, and evaluate peer submissions, all remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑file coding tasks covering bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing.
• Write clear natural‑language specifications and reference implementations for each task.
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites to validate solutions.
• Review peer‑generated tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and provide actionable feedback.

Required profile

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English.
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with backend or full‑stack development in production systems.
• Ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.
• Familiarity with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations.
