About the role

The Social & Content Analyst will act as the local market engine for Colgate‑Palmolive, driving the strategic implementation and optimization of social media and owned digital content ecosystems. You will translate core campaign concepts into high‑impact, social‑first assets that boost consumer engagement, reach, and digital commerce conversion across multiple product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a "social‑first" strategy, auditing creative briefs and indexing multimodal content to capture user intent.
• Lead agency and influencer ecosystem management, including workflow coordination, contract negotiations, and localized campaign execution.
• Integrate social commerce touchpoints with cross‑functional commercial teams, embedding product showcase modules and live retail integrations.
• Collaborate with Professional Marketing teams to select and develop dental professionals as authentic brand ambassadors.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle within the localized digital ecosystem, ensuring compliance with metadata and DAM guidelines.
• Monitor real‑time social listening, platform metrics, and campaign analytics to derive actionable insights.
• Audit and optimize product page content and digital catalog structures for improved consumer experience and AI readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Commercialization, or a related field.
