Social Media & Content Specialist – SaaS Operations Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to shape the organic presence of a leading operations SaaS platform for short‑term rental hosts and property managers. The role is hands‑on, creative and will own the storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging video formats.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day organic social activity on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, including calendar planning and publishing.
• Create social‑first visual assets and short‑form videos such as Reels, YouTube Shorts and simple animations.
• Transform existing content (customer stories, blogs, webinars, product updates) into engaging social formats.
• Write compelling captions and short copy tailored to different audiences.
• Partner with the Marketing Designer on creative direction while ensuring brand consistency.
• Handle comments, direct messages and community engagement, building relationships with hosts, property managers and service professionals.
• Support influencer collaborations, Facebook community sponsorships and identify new partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong written and conversational English for collaboration with a US‑based team.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of social strategy.
