Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

Turno is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to shape its organic presence and build relationships with a global community of hosts, property managers, cleaners, and service professionals. This hands‑on individual contributor role offers creative ownership of storytelling across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own Turno’s day‑to‑day organic social presence on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, including content calendar and publishing schedule.
• Create social‑first visual assets and short‑form video such as Reels, YouTube Shorts, simple animations, and other engaging formats.
• Transform existing content—customer stories, reviews, blogs, webinars, product updates, partnerships, and events—into compelling social‑first posts.
• Write engaging captions and short‑form copy tailored to different audiences and Turno’s brand voice.
• Partner with the Marketing Designer on creative direction and brand consistency while independently executing daily content.
• Manage comments, direct messages, and community engagement to foster thoughtful relationships.
• Support influencer relationships and Facebook community sponsorships, and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Develop Turno’s YouTube channel, handling organization, uploads, Shorts, descriptions, community posts, and engagement.

Required profile

• Hands‑on individual contributor with a focus on creative ownership.
• Collaborates closely with the Brand & Communications team.
• Receives mentorship from the Marketing Designer.
