Site Activation Specialist – North America Team

About the role

Under moderate supervision, the Site Activation Specialist will manage feasibility, regulatory, start‑up and maintenance activities for North American investigative sites. The role serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring all site documentation is complete, accurate and executed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for feasibility, site activation and maintenance tasks across assigned studies.
• Prepare, review and distribute site documents, contracts and regulatory paperwork.
• Update internal systems, databases and tracking tools with accurate project information.
• Monitor and report on site performance metrics and document completion status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 1‑3 years of clinical research experience supporting site activation or regulatory tasks.
• Based in Argentina or Brazil.
• Advanced level of English to work with US‑based teams and North American sites.

• Knowledge of clinical research regulatory and site activation processes.
• Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating site contracts and documentation.
