Senior Technical Project Manager (Hybrid) – Buenos Aires

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, end‑to‑end technical projects in Buenos Aires. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination to deliver high‑impact solutions for life‑science customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage execution of complex technical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Oversee project teams, including technical PMs and business analysts, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals and coordinate across functional managers.
• Monitor resources, engage senior stakeholders, and adjust plans to meet project objectives.
• Direct project sprints, establish training processes, and mentor junior project managers.
• Provide regular progress reports, track milestones and deliverables, and manage changes to project scope.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary technical projects in a matrix environment.
• Strong ability to mentor and train junior staff while maintaining senior‑level oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating internal and external partners.
• Demonstrated capability to develop detailed project plans, monitor resources and drive projects to successful completion.
