About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical projects in a hybrid setting in Buenos Aires. You will oversee project teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure delivery aligns with both customer requirements and company goals.

Key responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex technical projects, managing timelines, budgets and resources.
Oversee project teams, including technical PMs and business analysts, fostering communication and collaboration.
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company objectives.
Monitor project progress, provide detailed status reports, and adjust plans as needed.
Coordinate resource acquisition, vendor interactions, and material procurement.
Mentor junior staff, review their work, and provide training for new project managers.
