Senior Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

Albert Bow is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work remotely from Argentina, aligning with UK or US business hours depending on the market you serve. You will own the full end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for high‑growth technology, trading, AI, FinTech and Web3 clients while also contributing to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Pitch services to new and existing clients and negotiate terms.
• Conduct client and candidate meetings, ensuring a professional experience.
• Maintain and update a robust pipeline, providing weekly status reports.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm’s portfolio.
