Senior Recruiter – Tech Talent Acquisition

About the role

Arionkoder is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead the acquisition of top‑tier technology talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers, own the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a seamless candidate experience as the company scales its AI consulting practice.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with hiring teams, understand business goals, and define talent acquisition strategies.
• Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.
• Conduct technically focused interviews and guide candidates through each hiring stage.
• Leverage proactive outreach, ATS database management, and diverse sourcing channels.
• Use data and metrics to refine processes and report on recruitment performance.
• Collaborate with the broader recruiting team on all initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in team‑augmentation environments.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and partnership‑centric mindset.
• Proven ability to attract, source, close, and retain both passive and active candidates.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and database management.
• Data‑driven recruitment reporting and metric analysis.
• Advanced sourcing techniques, including proactive outreach.
