Senior Recruiter (Sales and Distribution)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Recruiter to join our fast‑paced talent acquisition team focused on Sales and Distribution hiring. In this hybrid role you will own the full‑cycle recruitment process, partner closely with hiring managers, and help the organization attract top‑tier talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for Sales and Distribution positions, from screening to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure efficient and scalable hiring processes.
• Provide market insights, talent recommendations, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Participate in pipeline reviews, talent mapping, and recruiting strategy discussions.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 6–10+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Sales, Distribution or technology roles.
• Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and consultative skills.
• Proven ability to build and nurture talent pipelines in fast‑growth environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Familiarity with recruiting technologies.
