About the role

We are seeking a sourcing powerhouse who lives inside LinkedIn Recruiter and JuiceBox, moves fast, and never lets a warm lead go cold. You will own your pipeline like a business and treat urgency as a core competency.

Key responsibilities

Master LinkedIn Recruiter: build precise Boolean strings, manage Spotlights, Recommended Matches, and InMail quotas while keeping pipelines clean.
Leverage JuiceBox daily: use AI‑powered candidate discovery to surface high‑fit profiles, enrich contact data, and accelerate outreach.
Conduct proactive multi‑channel outreach, follow up purposefully, and keep candidates engaged from first contact to offer.

Required profile

3+ years full‑cycle or sourcing‑focused recruiting experience, preferably for US or global companies.
Urgency‑driven work style with strong proactive sourcing habits.

Required skills

Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience with JuiceBox or equivalent AI sourcing tool.
Advanced English (C1+).
Boolean search expertise and familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever.
