Senior Recruiter – High Volume Manufacturing (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring for manufacturing roles in the United States. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to work with Cielo’s innovative talent acquisition platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders to define position specifications.
• Review and assess applicants in the applicant tracking system promptly.
• Design and launch recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to each opening.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, social media, and deep‑web techniques.
• Generate targeted lists of passive talent and pursue referrals from networks.
• Utilise Cielo’s proprietary software for mobile and email outreach.
• Mentor junior recruiters and share innovative sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven high‑volume recruiting experience, especially in manufacturing environments (e.g., machine operators, maintenance, forklift operators).
• Experience recruiting for US‑based positions.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to act as a brand ambassador and consult with hiring managers.
• Willingness to stay current on industry trends and market insights.
