Senior Project Manager

About the role

Cayet is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of cloud‑based contact‑center solutions for its customers. The role focuses on managing Amazon Connect implementations, guiding cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for Amazon Connect deployments, from discovery through client handoff.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate technical implementation with solutions architects, engineers, and QA, including integration with CRM and AI/ML services.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee delivery of custom CX components, analytics, CI/CD pipelines, and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology or professional services.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills, able to translate technical concepts.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.).

Required skills

• Project management tools: JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence.
• Amazon Connect and related AWS services (Lex, Polly, Kinesis, S3, QuickSight, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFormation).
• Understanding of contact‑center technologies, IVR, CTI integrations, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Node.js and infrastructure‑as‑code concepts.
