Senior Project Manager – Healthcare AI Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent software delivery projects for our advanced healthcare AI services. You will work closely with a Software Delivery Program Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation and customer adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more end‑to‑end project plans, including status reporting, risk and issue logs.
• Coordinate program calendars, meetings, and deliverables across Marketing, Communications, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Drive technical discussions, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule.
• Facilitate change‑control processes and governance meetings to protect scope and timeline.
• Act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication and high NPS/CSAT scores.
• Support testing initiatives, document control, and capture customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in high‑performance software delivery.
• 5+ years of project management experience (preferred).
• Background in healthcare, consumer applications, or technology.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
