Senior Project Manager – Cloud Contact Center Solutions

About the role

Caylent, an AI‑first cloud services firm, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of Amazon Connect contact‑center solutions. The role is remote and focuses on coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of cloud‑based CX projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Amazon Connect implementations, from discovery through client handoff.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage scope, schedule, budget and resource allocations.
• Serve as primary client contact, facilitating communication between stakeholders, technical teams and clients.
• Coordinate technical design, integration with CRM systems, and delivery of AI/ML features such as Amazon Lex and Polly.
• Oversee testing, CI/CD pipeline setup, analytics reporting solutions and knowledge transfer.
• Drive continuous improvement by creating reusable assets, documenting lessons learned and staying current on AWS service updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology or professional services.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and project tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet and Confluence.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) or equivalent hands‑on experience.

Required skills

• Amazon Connect and broader AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with AI/ML services like Amazon Lex and Amazon Polly.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Node.js) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Working knowledge of contact‑center technologies, IVR, CTI integrations and telephony.
