Senior Program Manager – AI Governance Risk

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead AI Governance Risk projects. The role involves end‑to‑end program leadership, governance, financial oversight and delivery assurance across business and technology environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional programs from initiation through execution, transition and closure.
• Translate strategic objectives into program roadmaps, integrated delivery plans, milestones and governance structures.
• Establish and strengthen PMO frameworks, executive reporting, decision forums and delivery assurance mechanisms.
• Oversee program budgets, forecasts, resource plans and cost performance against approved business cases.
• Manage risk, issue, dependency, change, quality and escalation practices.
• Lead steering committees, executive reviews and communicate program performance to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 18+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, PMO leadership and enterprise transformation.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs with multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong capability in program governance, integrated planning, financial management and executive reporting.
• Experience delivering business transformation, operating model change, service transition, process improvement or technology modernization.
