Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build web applications that connect back‑end data to front‑end interfaces and automate business workflows. You will be the first core software engineer on the team, shaping architecture and coding standards.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop full‑stack solutions, including backend APIs and frontend React applications.
• Create custom web interfaces for stakeholders to monitor, review, and execute complex business logic.
• Integrate modern data stacks with API services, microservices, and workflow orchestration engines.
• Build automated workflows that synchronize cross‑platform systems and close the loop between data ingestion, analytics, and operational execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Java or Python.
• 4+ years of experience building production‑grade React and TypeScript applications.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency and a BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to design architecture, set coding standards, and mentor peers.

Required skills

• Java or Python programming.
• React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• REST or GraphQL APIs, RPC, JSON.
• Datastores: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Cloud environment with AWS focus.

• Frontend testing: Jest, React Testing Library.
• Build tools: Webpack, Vite.
• Web accessibility standards (WCAG).
