Senior FP&A Analyst - Revenue Finance

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior FP&A analyst to support revenue performance reporting, migration and renewal planning, business analytics and executive decision-making. The role partners with Revenue Finance, Sales, Commercial, Product and business leadership teams to turn commercial and financial data into clear insights, actionable recommendations and reliable performance targets. It also helps maintain consistent business definitions and align financial models, operational dashboards and leadership expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly reporting on renewal and migration performance, including retained and total MRR, target attainment, historical trends, deal drivers and segment/product views.
• Analyse business results and write commentary on performance drivers, risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
• Produce executive-ready materials for Revenue Reviews, EAT reviews, segment reviews and other leadership discussions, and quality review management presentations and talking points.
• Track historical commercial outcomes such as win rates and deal-size trends, and keep consistent definitions of renewals, migrations and opportunity classifications.
• Manage ad hoc analytical requests, turning complex data into concise insights and recommendations for operational and executive audiences.
• Use contract-level information, Salesforce opportunity and lifecycle data, and the Executive and principal revenue dashboards to analyse performance, validate definitions and reconcile outputs with historical reporting.
• Identify and resolve data-quality or reconciliation issues with the relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Experience in Revenue Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance or a similar analytical function.
• Experience with financial and commercial metrics, planning models, forecasts, targets and variance analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and experience reconciling results across multiple data sources.
• Fluent English, professional level.

Required skills

• Strong financial modelling and quantitative analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Salesforce, financial dashboards, BI tools, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and knowledge of subscription or MRR business models.
