Senior Demand Generation Manager

About the role

Deel is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own demand strategy and go‑to‑market for emerging product lines. You will lead full‑funnel demand initiatives across non‑paid channels, collaborating closely with Sales, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set quarterly demand strategy and growth targets in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Design and scale integrated demand architectures across owned, earned, partnership and emerging AI‑driven channels.
• Own non‑paid demand generation tactics such as content syndication, partnerships, webinars, affiliate programs and emerging platforms.
• Use AI agents to generate, test and automate campaign messaging, reducing manual effort.
• Track efficiency metrics (CPL, cost per SQO, pipeline ROI) and automate reporting for continuous optimization.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to build campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue at scale.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong forecasting, analysis and optimization skills.
• Executive presence and ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.

Required skills

• Advanced demand‑generation metrics knowledge (CPL, cost per SQO, ROAS, pipeline contribution).
• Comfort with AI tools such as large language models, agents and automation platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics, reporting and dashboard development.
