Senior Cybersecurity Operations Analyst

About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Senior Associate focused on cybersecurity operations. You will help protect client systems and sensitive data by monitoring threats, investigating incidents, and guiding junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security events, alerts, and incidents across client environments and escalate unusual activity.
• Investigate potential threats by analyzing logs, indicators of compromise, and endpoint data.
• Support incident response activities, gather evidence, document actions, and track remediation steps.
• Tune detection content and review alert logic to reduce false positives.
• Prepare clear case notes, incident summaries, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Apply cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and controls during operational reviews.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve vulnerabilities and strengthen monitoring coverage.
• Guide junior team members through operational tasks and peer‑review work.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity operations.
• Fluent oral and written English.
