Senior Business Assistant with German

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services is looking for a Senior Business Assistant fluent in German to support its clients' engagements. The role covers pipeline management, billing and invoicing, and engagement management support, working closely with stakeholders and engagement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and maintain opportunities and projects in the dedicated system, and support their technical implementation
• Support pricing, budgeting and forecasting, and carry out regular analysis and evaluation with Engagement Teams
• Prepare complex settlements and carry out billing activities such as creating invoices and handling shipping
• Support dunning processes and create interfirm statements
• Support engagement management: initiate the PACE and AML process in the system, keep client information up to date in the CRM database, and set up engagement codes
• Provide process-related analysis and reporting on ongoing projects, and handle ad-hoc business requirements with stakeholders
• Promote knowledge sharing and stay connected with business and functional experts

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Fluent German (written and spoken)
• Good English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented, with excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills

Required skills

• Good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
