Senior Associate – Identity & Access Management (IAM L3)

About the role

PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Identity & Access Management initiatives. You will design and implement IAM strategies that protect sensitive data for both internal users and clients while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM strategies, including federated identity and role‑based access control.
• Manage user identities and access rights using Azure Active Directory and CyberArk.
• Develop secure processes, integrate encryption technologies, and prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct vulnerability management, IT risk assessments, and produce technical documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand cybersecurity needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices and methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Hands‑on IAM operations, technical project management, and client service experience.
