Salesforce Administrator Specialist (CPQ)

About the role

A fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator Specialist with experience in Salesforce administration and Salesforce CPQ. The role optimizes the Salesforce platform, provides end-user support, automates business processes and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Service and Finance teams to improve business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge and Experience Cloud (Communities)
• Provide daily end-user support, troubleshoot issues and train users to increase platform adoption
• Gather and analyze business requirements and turn them into Salesforce solutions
• Configure, automate and optimize processes with Salesforce Flow
• Manage and enhance Salesforce CPQ, including products, quotes, contracts, orders, pricing rules and related settings
• Build reports, dashboards and KPIs, and ensure data quality through imports, cleansing and deduplication
• Document configurations, customizations and processes, and work with teams on integrations with third-party apps

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce
• At least 1 year of full-time experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Experience configuring Salesforce Flow, gathering requirements and delivering user training
• Strong experience with reports, dashboards and data visualizations
• Solid understanding of data management, cleansing and integrity; excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Advanced English proficiency (required)
