Reporting Manager - Tax Reporting, Reporting and Data Analytics

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is looking for a Reporting Manager to join its Reporting and Data Analytics team in the ES Finance area. The role turns data into actionable insights for business decisions, covering analytical analysis, data visualisation and clear communication of findings to leadership teams worldwide. It requires strong financial domain knowledge and a deep understanding of the business context.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business segment reporting on sales, revenue and market analysis, and maintain financial models including budgets, ratios and ROI plans
• Analyse weekly, monthly and annual results, and run variance and market leadership analysis
• Build inventory models with product margin, traffic and marketing metrics, and set key performance indicators
• Lead digital transformation of reporting and data analytics, driving a BI-driven transformation using Power BI and SQL, and improving processes through automation and lean methodologies
• Maintain a reporting infrastructure that supports global operations and automate processes
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate with global leadership and highlight organisational achievements
• Lead a team, support client transitions, promote knowledge sharing and teamwork

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information science, finance and data analytics or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial reporting and analytics, with 8+ years in Power BI and SQL Server
• Experience with financial modelling and forecasting
• Leadership and team management skills, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of ETL processes with Power Query
• Advanced MS Excel and good understanding of Power BI and SQL queries
• Good-to-have: Power BI dashboards, statistics and probability, Power Apps, Cloud RPA with Power Automate
