Remote Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Litigation Paralegal to support a fast‑paced personal injury practice. This fully remote position works with a Miami‑based law firm that blends a local office with an international remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file complaints, motions, and other formal litigation documents with the court.
• Draft, issue, and track subpoenas to relevant parties.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial dates across all active cases.
• Monitor, track, and enforce litigation deadlines to keep cases moving efficiently.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to trial attorneys during extensive trial preparation.
• Maintain organized and accurate digital case files within Clio and ClickUp.
• Collaborate closely with the broader litigation team and report directly to the Litigation Manager.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience as a litigation paralegal handling personal injury cases.
• Working knowledge of civil litigation procedures, court filings, discovery rules, and trial scheduling.
• Fluent, professional‑level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of personal accountability, organization, and comfort working independently in a fully remote setup.
• Ability to manage time‑sensitive court timelines under pressure.
• Bilingual in Spanish (approximately 40% of the client base is Hispanic).
