Contract Manager

About the role

Acclaro is seeking a Contract Manager to support commercial growth by managing contracts that protect the company’s interests while enabling business opportunities. This independent contributor will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure efficient execution and risk management of agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of commercial agreements, from drafting to post‑signature administration.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, amendments, NDAs, and other customer‑facing agreements.
• Identify contractual, operational, and commercial risks and recommend practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate contract records, renewal tracking, and documentation within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
• Support consistency in contracting practices by following templates, playbooks, and approval processes while suggesting improvements.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in contract management, commercial contracting, legal operations, or a related function.
• Proven ability to independently manage commercial agreements throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract review capabilities.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and exercising judgment on non‑routine contractual matters.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
